Size Chart

All tees and sweatshirts run true to unisex sizing on all the standard heavy blend. Sustainably made tees and luxe sweatshirts run larger, check individual listing for sizing as tees and crews are different. No returns or exchanges, please email us before ordering and we are more than happy to help with sizing questions!

Processing & Shipping

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders will be processed within 10 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed.

This means we have up to 10 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING RCD is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

*******We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.*******

SHIPPING RATES:

Free Shipping on all orders $75 and up within the U.S. Free shipping is standard 5-7 business days. 

All other shipping information is available at checkout. 

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email (info.rcollective@gmail.com )

Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing on crewnecks and tees they are unisex and preshrunk! We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure with the fit or fabric, or email us for personal assistance on picking a size!  Individual size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment.
